First Stretch Goal Unlocked! Colours For Everyone!

Hello, Creature Court Backers!

I am delighted to announce that we reached our first stretch goal today, passing $16,000 which means that everyone who has an enamel pin in their reward level can now CHOOSE between three gorgeous colour variants: Classic Black, Racing Green and... Trilliant Teal?

They're so pretty OMG!

All backers at $99+ levels now get 3 enamel pins in their rewards bundle, and can choose whether they want one of each, or any combo of available colours! (the reward listings don't reflect this because I can't make changes once they have backers, but trust me, they're included!)

I have added 2 new backer levels for those who can't wait to sign up for extra enamel.

• Cabaret II: Dance Till You Drop ($45) is the same as Come to the Cabaret ($35) with one extra pin. 
• Power of Mice ($90) is the same as King of Mice ($75) with two extra pins. [limit: 10 backers]
• Both these levels, as with most reward levels in this Kickstarter, include worldwide postage.

If one pin isn't enough for you (and why would it be), you can either a) change your pledge now, or b) order extras post-campaign, when BackerKit surveys go out. 

(The pricing in the reward levels is the best available, and Backerkit add-ons may incur extra postage)

I also wanted to tell you about our NEW stretch goals! We still have 60 or so hours left of the campaign and I plan to make the most of them. Tell your friends, spread the word, we're only going bigger & better.

• At $17,000, I will release one Creature Court micro-fiction to backers for every 12 hours left of the campaign (I altered this from one per day because... so few days left!)
• At $18,000 I will record an audiobook of the prequel novella Cabaret of Monsters which will be available free to listen on my podcast Sheep Might Fly... all backers at $5+ will receive a bonus download at least a month before it's released on the podcast.

Our Technicolour Stretch Goal

Woo! The backers have spoken, and the two most popular enamel pin colours in the poll were green and teal. The plum (which is a personal favourite of mine) ran a very close third, so I will keep that one in mind for later stretch goals.

What does this mean? Until we make the first stretch goal of $16,000, absolutely nothing! But if we do make it...

• Every backer with an enamel pin in their reward will be able to choose which variant of pin they wish to receive: black, teal or green.
• A few more pledge levels will open up, allowing backers to add extra pins before the Kickstarter campaign closes.
• Every pledge level at $99 or above will receive all 3 pins, one of each colour variant.
• All backers will have the option of purchasing pins as add-ons via Backerkit, a few weeks after the Kickstarter campaign closes. 

So let's do this thing. Please spread the word about our awesome Kickstarter campaign, so we can reach $16,000 and unlock this awesome stretch goal. Only $688 to go!

Thank you all so much for being part of this project! I'm so excited to announce that we made it over the $15,000 goal to fund the Return of the Creature Court, with just under 5 days to go, and 340 backers.

YOU ROCK!

I am so stunned and grateful to have the support and trust of you all, and I can't wait to finish making these books and get them into your hands.

We still have until 9:00am Friday morning AEST to raise more funds and draw in more backers for the project, so I have a whole host of stretch goals lined up to make this project even more awesome.

STRETCH GOALS

• $16,000 - two colour variants of the enamel pin will be unlocked! 
•  $17,000 - Tansy will write a Creature Court flash/micro fiction for every day remaining of the campaign, to be published on the Kickstarter page! Backers will be invited to contribute prompts & requests.
  

New backers, check the previous update here on Kickstarter [#9: Colour Variants] which reveals the alternative colourways for the enamel pin as designed by Kathleen Jennings. You all get a chance to vote in the poll as two which 2 colours will be added as choices in the final survey.

Right now it's neck and neck between green, teal, plum & black-with-red-rose, so make sure to have your voices heard! I'll lock down the poll at 9am Monday 8 April AEST (tomorrow) or when we reach $16,000, whichever comes first.

Every time we reach a stretch goal, I'll announce a new one!
